  Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging; place it securely in a box to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

  Receive Refund

  After a quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
